Early this morning my father, Professor Polyamory, passed away. My dad was a good man. He spent his life working to help others be it social work, spreading the gospel, or just sharing his life experiences. He taught me at a young age to love all people no matter their race, religion, sexual orientation, etc. As well to help people who may be less fortunate or not have a voice. I loved him dearly, and have taken those lessons into adulthood. He took great pride in the novel he was writing and loved engaging with all of you. Thank you for always supporting him and engaging with him. I am having a hard time coming up with words at the moment, but for now let me leave you with a section from one of our favorite songs, The Impossible Dream from The Man of La Mancha.
“To fight for the right
Without question or pause
To be willing to march into Hell
For a heavenly cause
And I know if I'll only be true
To this glorious quest
That my heart will lie peaceful and calm
When I'm laid to my rest”
Again thank you for all your support and love over the years.
-The Professor's loving daughter
What a lovely and important expression of love from the Professor's daughter. Touching. I'm grateful for the times he tried to help me with the problems of a hacker.
I currently give a small amount to the Professor's Patreon to help with this site... if we have any information about if this site will stay online, I'm willing to help out in that regard to support leaving this wealth of wisdom and inspiration online.
For any of the Professor's family who might check this website, I sent a personal last message/eulogy for him in the private chat. I'm truly sad he's gone from this world, and I extend my deepest sympathy for his family, and the community he created here. I hope his work can live on here for the benefit of all humanity.
Oh no, I am so sorry! We only discovered this site recently but it's clear your father was a deeply thoughtful and compassionate man.
My condolences on the loss of your father.
